Monday: 2 leagues of 11 teams

The league will run 6:30pm-10pm every Monday. All games are 5 a side and it costs £440 for an 11 week season.

Missing games with no notice is unacceptable, we can almost always help out with extra players etc if you need them.

5 a side – roll on, roll off subs when the ball is dead.

There is no head height rule.

There are no offsides.

No slide tackles – you can slide to block a shot or keep the ball in play but there must be no contact with a player

‘Kick ins’ from the sides when the ball leaves the pitch.

The goalkeeper can not leave the area, if the keeper does leave the area intentionally a penalty kick will be enforced.

The keeper can distribute the ball however they wish.

The goalkeeper can not pick up a back pass – a free kick from where the ball was passed will be awarded if this happens.

An outfield player can not enter either area. If a defender enters his own area and gains an advantage a penalty will be awarded (e.g – blocks a shot or cuts through to gain better field position). If an attacker enters the area the goalkeeper will take control of the ball. In either case if it is the players momentum that takes you into the area the punishment will not be enforced (e.g – if you shoot outside the box and then step in the area a couple of steps after, you will not be penalised.)

For all other rules the laws of association football will apply.

If the goalkeeper passes you the ball you cannot go directly back to the goalkeeper – a free kick will be awarded from the point of the pass if this occurs.

If a team fails to show up they will be given a 5-0 loss.

If you fail to turn up for a game you will be given a £40 fine, on top of your match fee.
